Summary:
We are seeking individuals to join both our Winooski and Essex teams as a Production Lead. This hands-on role assists in directing staff, monitoring product quality and keeping the assigned line(s) running efficiently, while meeting run rates and product specifications. Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and provide direction to others respectfully and effectively. Open-mindedness and creativity are most important for this role, as we are an artisan manufacturing company that requires quick thinking and willingness to shift directions regularly while maintaining positive energy and enthusiasm.
Locations Available: Winooski, VT and Essex, VT
Shift Times Available: 2nd Shift (3:15 pm - 1:45 am M-Th or T-F)
