Job Description:
Twine Event Collection is a premier luxury wedding and event rental company, providing high-end furniture, décor, and event essentials for unforgettable celebrations. We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in creating stunning event spaces, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload rental items, including tables, chairs, lounge sets, and décor.
- Set up and arrange furniture and event elements according to event layouts and client specifications.
- Ensure all items are clean, polished, and in excellent condition before and after each event.
- Work collaboratively with event planners, designers, and team members to bring event visions to life.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all setups meet the company’s high standards.
- Breakdown and carefully pack rental items for return to the warehouse.
- Assist with warehouse organization, maintenance, and inventory when needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture, including tables, chairs, and lounge sets (up to 75 lbs).
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from event sites.
- Ability to drive uHaul trucks to/from events.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Punctuality and flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in event setup, moving, warehouse work, or a related field is a plus but not required.
