Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop, implement, and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive the IBP process and support strategic decision-making.• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using Slim4 advanced planning tools and methodologies to support inventory and supply chain decisions.• Oversee inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels across multiple tier-1 and tier-2 distribution centers.• Implement strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
