Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients through effective account management.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new market opportunities and expand our client base.
- Utilize a CRM for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Skills
- Prefer, but not neccesary, experience in sales, preferably in a business development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Willing to develop warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for account management is preferred.
- Experience in B to B sales is a plus, enabling you to convey new and innovative information clearly.
