Pay Range:
- The full pay range is $76,859.00-$115,288.00
- We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for sales, service, and growth of branch assets and membership by reflecting the values and ethics of the credit union. Manages daily branch operations with the delivery of outstanding member service, achievement of growth goals, operational efficiencies, and development of branch staff. Develops and maintains member relationships, through or values mission and vision, utilizing the full spectrum of banking products and services.
What you’ll do:
- Approaches, welcomes, and engages all visitors who come into the branch. Manages traffic flow of members with a sense of urgency to provide minimal wait times.
- Executes and communicates Regional Management and credit union direction and vision to branch staff.
- Models and instills leadership and accountability to branch staff through active performance management, coaching and development plans and team meetings.
- Leads and trains branch staff to meet or exceed credit union, branch and individual goals set by senior management.
- Seeks opportunities to grow branch assets and membership through community outreach, networking, and business development.
- Ensures branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures. Responsible for satisfactory internal audits and operational soundness.
- Utilizes tact and experience-based knowledge to resolve escalated member situations by explaining specific policies and products while representing the Credit Union in a professional manner and maintaining positive member relations.
- Leads regular sales, service, and operational meetings and training to branch staff. Ensures new and updated policies and procedures are communicated to branch staff.
- Understands and complies with federal and state regulations relating to financial products and services as well as credit union policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in retail financial services. A minimum of three (3) years' experience in leadership positions monitoring sales, service, and growth. Leadership experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.

- Monitors branch expenses working within budget guidelines. Interviews and makes hiring recommendations.
- Educates on strategic initiative and monitors branch goals to meet expectations, addressing obstacles as needed.
Total Rewards:
This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Includes an option for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to be paid at a 100% by company for the employee only coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees also have access to Life and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time (may be prorated based on hire date in the initial calendar year).
All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
