Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Approach, welcome, and engage all visitors who come into the branch, managing traffic flow to minimize wait times.
- Identify, refer, or originate all products and services offered by the credit union.
- Receive, process, and post member financial transactions in an accurate and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Qualifications include a minimum of one year of experience interacting with customers and cash handling, or an equivalent role or work experience, as well as eligibility for NMLS. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, ability to continuously learn and maintain knowledge of credit union systems, processes, and compliance requirements, and ability to maintain confidentiality with minimal supervision.
