- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve member concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions
- Proactively recommend products and services to help members achieve their financial goals
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer interaction and cash handling or an equivalent role
- Must be eligible for NMLS certification
