What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server for Fast Casual position at Twist Bakery and Cafe Inc?
We are looking for servers and baristas to join our front of house team. What we offer:
MOTHER"S HOURS AVAILABLE!
• Work great hours! Currently, shifts start as early as 7 am and finish by 4:30 pm (or 5:30 pm Fri & Sat).
• Part time or full time available - work around your schedule! Seasonal positions are not currently available.
• Starting Pay range is $15-$17 per hour plus tips (which average about $4-$5 per hour) depending on your experience and availability.
• Excellent hours--no late nights - two days off in a row.
• We close our café for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, Easter & Fourth of July.
• Varied Schedule (as a restaurant, weekend availability is necessary, but the whole weekend is not required).

What you’ll do:
• Help guests with their meal, beverage, pastry, and catering orders. (BTW our guests are awesome! Respectful and Kind!)
• Serve coffee and Espresso Drinks, make them if you like (if you haven’t learned, we’ll teach you—it’s fun!)
• Be warm and welcoming and helpful.
