Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
