The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in a factory setting, with the ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery including presses, spring coilers and wire form machines
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand production requirements and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a factory environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and machinery, including presses, useful.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.

Pay: $17.20 - $19.00 per hour
