Duties
- Operate material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
- Maintaining organization within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure all materials are accounted for and stored correctly.
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and guidelines while performing all tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Basic Math and Computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50#'s and stand for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety compliance.
