Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the satisfaction of our customers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proven leadership ability
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including quality inspections, testing, and documentation
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement preventative measures and develop control plans such as inspections, first articles and process validation
• Manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure timely scheduling of raw material inspection, product inspection, auditing, and data collection.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in quality control management within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality systems, and best practices
• Experience in fabricating products according to specifications and industry standards
• Proficient in conducting quality inspections and utilizing various testing methods
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality system
