About Us:
At Twist N Flip, we pride ourselves on building strong, happy, responsible kids. By providing therapy in a natural environment using our state-of-the-art gymnastics facility, it encourages greater carryover of skills for everyday life. In addition, by providing occupational therapy at Twist ‘N Flip, we hope to build up a team of people who can facilitate and maximize children’s potential by giving them the right challenges to assist them in learning and growing into the best they can be!
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and complete initial evaluations and parent consultations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide injury prevention education and techniques.
- Collaborate with coaches to optimize training regimens.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans and progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- CPR preferred.
