Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating machinery to manufacture products per specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints helpful but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Ability to use micrometers/calipers useful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
