We are transitioning away from legacy 32-bit Delphi software, and we’re looking for a developer with a strong foundation in modern Windows development and a willingness to dive into Delphi and Object Pascal. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to transition legacy 32-bit Delphi applications to modern platforms.
• Develop and maintain Windows applications using .NET and modern frameworks like WPF and WinUI.
• Integrate and work with embedded databases such as SQLite and SQL Express.
• Collaborate closely with team members in a hybrid work environment.
• Provide technical expertise in the Delphi IDE and Object Pascal during the migration process.
• Troubleshoot and optimize legacy code and contribute to system-wide improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Windows application development with a focus on .NET/C#.
• Proficiency in modern Windows frameworks such as WPF or WinUI.
• Familiarity with embedded databases such as SQLite or SQL Express.
• Hands-on experience with Delphi IDE and Object Pascal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a small, cross-functional team.
• Eagerness to contribute to both legacy software maintenance and new development efforts.
