What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker-Pastry Production position at Twisted Croissant?

At Twisted, you will work with the finest ingredients and tools/equipment, with the opportunity to learn advanced techniques.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with morning bake-off including egg-wash, filling, glazing, etc.
- Scaling & mixing
- Preparing mise en place for stations
- Using proof boxes, ovens, 30 & 80qrt mixers, properly maintaining & working within proper safety standards
- Consistent & punctual attendance
- Maintaining Twisted Croissant’s quality standards & controls
- Communicate clearly with lead baker and fellow team members
- Follow company policies & procedures
Qualifications:
- Current OR Food Handlers Card
- Current OR Drivers License with clean record
- 1-year commercial baking experience
- Knowledge of proofing yeasted dough and final baking techniques
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi task
- Have basic math skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Previous experience working early morning shifts
- Ability to stand and hustle for long periods of time
- HAVE WORKED IN A PROFESSIONAL/COMMERCIAL BAKERY/KITCHEN FOR 1 YEAR

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
