Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Closing Specialist to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across various areas of the establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining both back-of-house and front-of-house areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for staff and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware in a timely manner, ensuring all items are properly stored for use.
- Back-of-House Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning tasks in kitchen and storage areas, including wiping down surfaces, sanitizing counters, and ensuring the area is organized and free of debris.
- Front-of-House Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors in the front-of-house area to maintain cleanliness and safety for guests and staff. Ensure the customer-facing areas are presentable and inviting.
- Restroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and are maintained in a hygienic condition at all times.
- Office Area Maintenance: Vacuum the office and administrative areas to ensure a clean and pleasant working environment for employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning chemicals
Working Conditions:
- Physical labor required, including lifting and standing for long periods
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings
