Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory control, POS system management, and customer service.
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, such as cost control measures and marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Skills:
- Strong background in restaurant management with experience in inventory control, POS systems, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proficient in food service management and familiar with cooking techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
