About the Role As the Campaigns Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end marketing of campaigns and programs that highlight and elevate the Twitch brand, our streamers and our community at large You will be identifying trends within the Twitch community and in culture at large and using those insights to develop end-to-end Go To Market plans that bring Twitch to life on and off our service. You will partner closely with a number of core teams including Data Science, Partnerships, Product, Creative and Comms, bringing together a cross-functional team to deliver on that strategy.. You will demonstrate knowledge of the Twitch Community and application of consumer insights to develop campaigns, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on a unified plan, and will confidently align senior leadership and C-Suite executives around those plans. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive consumer sentiment and adoption of features. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that moves at the speed of live. You will report to the Global Head of Brand and Marketing. You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
