Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience as an IT product trainer
• Expertise in training clients on IT products and services
• Ability to deliver comprehensive IT product training sessions
• Experience in SaaS product training and internal/external client training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital process automation and messaging channels
• Certifications in relevant IT training programs
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct IT product training sessions for external clients and new employees
• Deliver upgraded product training for employees on SaaS products
• Develop menu-driven flows for customer service training
• Implement intent-driven communications through AI and NLP engines
• Facilitate seamless transfer to live agents for human intervention
• Utilize dynamic rich cards to enhance user experience and hyper-personalization
