What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at TWIXWOOD NURSERY?
Do you like plants and don’t mind a little dirt and weather? Twixwood Nursery has a job for you. We are currently looking for a customer service representative and possibly other positions. Starting wage $14-$16/hour depending on position, experience, and qualifications.
The Customer service position includes interacting with an established customer base primarily through phone and email to provide quotes and order entry. Knowledge of the plants is helpful but can be learned.
Our CSRs work primarily in an office environment with other customer service representatives and coordinating with the shipping and inventory departments to get their customers the plants they need. Interaction with outside sales reps and with customers is primarily via phone and email. A little time is spent outside with the plants (hint: you may get dirty) and there are occasional trips to visit customers or represent the Nursery at trade shows and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
