We are currently seeking: Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative, you can expect:

A successful Customer Care Representative 1 will demonstrate:
· Friendly, patient and helpful customer service focus during all customer interactions in a call center environment.
· Ability to problem solve while managing multiple details and systems.
· Proven reliability and performance working in service environment.
· Conflict resolution skills during all customer interactions including billing and payment inquiries, and customer retention strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven technical support and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Evening and weekend shifts are required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Call Center experience
· Bilingual Spanish
