Job Description: As a member of our Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of events across our venues. Responsibilities:
- Set up and arrange furniture, decorations, and other event elements according to floor plans and client specifications.
- Assist with general event setup tasks, including but not limited to, arranging tables and chairs, setting up audiovisual equipment, and preparing event spaces.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, ensuring all areas are presentable and guest-ready.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, attending to their needs and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities based on the specific requirements of each event, wearing multiple hats as needed to meet client expectations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications:
