Analyst - Hotel Asset Management

As a Hotel Asset Management Analyst, you will primarily analyze financial statements, budget variance reports, and performance metrics to assess the performance of a national portfolio of hotel assets.

The Details

• You will work full-time, Monday through Friday.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
• Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; strong VBA knowledge a plus

Education and Experience

• A High School Degree is required; a college degree is preferred (all fields of study welcomed, STEM majors a plus)
• Passionate about hospitality and travel required
• Understanding of the commercial real estate industry and hospitality sector is highly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
• Travel: At times, there may be business trips with overnight stays required to various business locations and properties
• Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
• FLSA Status: Exempt
