What You’ll Do
- Own the planning, execution, and completion of commercial painting projects.
- Lead and coach field teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Drive project profitability by managing budgets, change orders, and cost controls.
- Create and maintain project schedules to meet client deadlines.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring open communication and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure team accountability.

What You Bring to the Table
Education
- Equivalent work experience in project management or construction may be considered in lieu of a degree. Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction, or a related field in lieu of experience.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience managing commercial painting or construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing crews, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Effective communication skills for client updates, stakeholder coordination, and internal team guidance.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and managing project profitability.
- Knowledge of construction or painting industry safety protocols and quality standards.
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract and permit management.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
