Essential Duties and Responsibilities include commitment to executing four pillars of success:

- Production
- Maintenance
- Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs on drills and other equipment. Most drills in our fleet are Sandvik drills, DI650i for example.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems to identify and correct equipment issues using specialized tools.
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts of the equipment.
- Repair or replace components, such as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system components.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Lifts, moves, and/or installs heavy parts and assemblies safely, using basic tooling and PPE.
Qualifications:
- . Knowledge and proper use of special tools and equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must own set of tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with heavy equipment repairs and maintenance.
