Embroidery Trimmer and Quality Inspector

We are a contract apparel decorator in Union Township looking to hire an embroidery trimmer for 1st shift. The hours are 6:30AM until 3:00PM. We prefer experienced applicants but will train the right candidate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Quality check the embroidery done by our embroiderers; snip excess strings, fold, polybag, and ensure proper count.
• Follow written work orders to complete multiple orders per shift
• Fix or alert the production manager of errors found
• Heatpress vinyl or weed vinyl cut designs
• Others duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Some basic computer skills required

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Occasionally lift up to 35 pounds to move boxes or carts

• Previous experience sewing or working around commercial embroidery greatly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
