Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs to ensure health stability.
- Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the living space of clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving roles such as senior care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with CPR techniques and basic first aid is highly desirable.
- Cooking skills are beneficial for meal preparation duties.
