JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
SUERVISOR: Inside Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Selling
STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
LOCATION: Two Harbors, MN
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for completing quotes, booking production orders and assisting with sales functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follows directions for reporting, accuracy and timeliness of all RFQ, quotes, reports
- Assist with the technical side of quotations.
- Prepare RFQ and quotes as required.
- Ensure the accuracy of quotes issued by the inside sales department and follow the inside sales process.
- Process PO’s customer orders with accuracy and ensure that they are booked ASAP.
- Prepare sales materials for special meeting with dealers.
- Learn and master SalesForce CRM and be comfortable training and instructing staff as required.
- Make recommendations for improvements in process to the Director of Sales and Inside Sales Manager.
- Answer dealer questions or direct to the correct department and follow up. Ensure salesmen are copied.
- Report to Inside Sales Manager and Director of Sales on weekly basis regarding weekly workload and lists of work outstanding.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One (1) year to three (3) years of experience in sales.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with CAD software (Solidworks) preferred.
- Experience with an ERP (Epicor) preferred.
- Experience with SalesForce CRM preferred.
- Proficient in the following software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
