Position Objective
As a Field Marketing Brand Ambassador, you will be the dynamic and influential face of Schwazze in your community, playing a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and driving customer traffic to our retail locations, engaging consumer through our Loyalty program and driving downloads of our Star Buds and Emerald Fields apps. Through innovative and targeted marketing initiatives, you will engage directly with consumers and key influencers to create meaningful and lasting connections. Your efforts will not only enhance brand loyalty but also contribute significantly to the company’s growth and market leadership.
Essential Functions
Brand Representation and Event Execution (50%)
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our cannabis products, retail locations, Loyalty program, Retail Apps, industry trends, and regulatory environment to effectively represent the brand in 1:1 conversations with consumers.
- Consistently demonstrate the difference our innovative customer experience makes at our Star Buds, Emerald Fields and Standing Akimbo retail locations.
- Strategically plan, organize, and execute a variety of consumer facing marketing events in the communities we serve. including Loyalty program demonstrations, app demonstrations, product demonstrations, promotions, and community engagements.
- Ensure events are well-coordinated, with all logistical details and budget managed, from securing locations to setting up booths and displays.
- Serve as the embodiment of Schwazze’s values and mission in all community interactions.
- Engage with consumers and community members at a variety of events, including cannabis consumption events, concerts, outdoor hobby festivals, sports festivals, local markets, and other gatherings, as well as community events organized by Schwazze. Your role will involve:
- Cannabis Events & Local Markets: Represent Schwazze at consumption events, festivals and markets, showcasing products and engaging with attendees to build excitement and brand loyalty through demonstrations and promotional materials.
- Community Events: Participate in local events like fundraisers, chamber of commerce gatherings and fairs, enhancing Schwazze’s community presence and fostering relationships through active engagement and support for local initiatives.
- Good Neighbor (B2B) Events: Engaging other local establishments in cross-promoting our retail locations through marketing trades.
Relationship Building (20%)
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, local influencers, and community leaders.
- Regularly visit retail locations to ensure Schwazze events are driving traffic to their stores and promotions are leading to sales conversions.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to optimize event selection and community engagement, ensuring efforts are driving increased visibility and sales.
Consumer Engagement (15%)
- Educate consumers on the advantages of Schwazze retail locations, emphasizing our customer experience advantage, service, selection, product quality, and unique features.
- Encourage Loyalty and App downloads through informative and engaging presentations, helping consumers make informed decisions.
- Drive awareness and activation of Gratify, Schwazze's loyalty program, by promoting its benefits and assisting consumers with App setup and usage.
- Survey customers on their brand awareness and shopping intent with our retail banners.
- Gather feedback from consumers during interactions, providing valuable insights to the marketing team to refine strategies and improve offerings.
Reporting (5%)
- Diligently track and report on the performance of events, Loyalty and App downloads, consumer interactions, and sales impact.
- Provide detailed feedback on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities, helping to shape future marketing strategies.
- Regularly update the marketing team on the effectiveness of your initiatives, ensuring that efforts align with Schwazze’s overall goals.
Sampling Programs (5%)
- Lead compliant product sampling initiatives at approved locations, ensuring adherence to all local and state regulations.
- Distribute samples and promotional materials to potential customers, offering a hands-on experience with Schwazze products.
- Track the effectiveness of sampling initiatives, reporting on consumer reactions and potential sales impact.
Social Media Activation (5%)
- Promote Schwazze products and events on social media platforms, creating and sharing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Engage with followers online, encouraging them to participate in events, try new products, and share their experiences using branded hashtags.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns, amplifying the reach and impact of your activities.
