Job Summary:
Two Keys Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team as a 1099 contractor, specializing in mid-term rentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and occasionally vacant bedrooms within our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways.
- Occasionally clean vacant bedrooms as needed.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored safely and properly.
- Remove trash and replace liners in common areas and designated trash collection points.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Ensure properties are kept in guest-ready condition at all times.
- Maintain a record of cleaning activities and supplies used.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment (optional depending on your preference).
