As an Assistant Manager at Two Maids, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the recruitment and training of new team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
- Enhance customer relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and improve service offerings.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Encourage team collaboration and maintain high morale among staff members.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen company presence and relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in budgeting and scheduling tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively to enhance their skills.
- Experience in sales management or customer service is a plus.
