Two Maids & A Mop is new to Spring, TX but we have offices nationwide.
We are growing and are hiring!
Things you want to know :
1) We clean houses in 2-person teams using our Two Maids systems, products, and equipment.
2) This is a commission-based position. Paid biweekly every other Friday. Commission pay averages out between $12.50-15 / hour.
3) You would be rotating Monday Tuesday Wednesday one week then Wednesday Thursday Friday the following week as this is just a part time position. Keep in mind we are growing and so could your position.
4) We promote from within and have quarterly celebrations. Culture is a big deal to us and we like to treat each other like family.
5) We get dozens of applicants per day so put forth effort in your resume / application if you want us to read it, do not leave it blank
6) You must be an enjoyable person to be around because cleaning dirty houses can be fun if you’re with the right team!
7) You must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle that is insured and well taken care of . We don’t care if it is 100 years old as long as it is maintained, clean.
8) You must pass a background check .
9) If you are hired we believe you will sweat, have fun, make life-long friends with your co-workers and customers, and have a schedule that gives you control of your day.
10) We work Monday to Friday between 7 : 45am and 5 : 00pm. No weekends! No holidays!
11) We wear dry-fit shirts that we supply for you with a pair of your own black pants.

Salary : $13 - $15
