We are looking for a leader with an owner mindset who can take this operation from start up to a million dollar operation in two years.
Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role, located on-site in Williamsburg, VA. With the assistance of leadership in Virginia Beach, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor the staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate scheduling and logistics. Responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, addressing customer queries and concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management, effective team management, and customer service
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of scheduling and logistics management
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Previous experience in the residential cleaning industry or a similar field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
