TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative who is interested in thinking outside the box and helping to move people forward! What You’ll Do :
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the moving process and ensuring their experience is seamless. You will :
- Consult with Customers : Serve as a brand ambassador by responding to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our moving services.
- Sell Solutions : Identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and close sales to help them move forward with confidence.
- Build Relationships : Establish trust with customers by active listening to determine the needs and wants of customers, answering questions, and offering expert advice that best align with the customer’s wishes.
- Achieve Goals : Maintain consistent conversion and revenue goals by utilizing the support tools made available to you during training.
