What You’ll Do :
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the moving process and ensuring their experience is seamless. Here's how you will make an impact :
- Consult with Customers : Serve as a brand ambassador by responding to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our moving services.
- Sell Solutions : Identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and close the sale with confidence.
- Build Relationships : Establish trust with customers by active listening to determine the needs and wants of customers, answering questions, and offering expert advice that best align with the customer’s wishes.
- Achieve Goals : Maintain consistent conversion and revenue goals by utilizing the support tools made available to you during training.
What We’re Looking For :
Backgrounds in roles such as office administration, medical front desk, or similar positions are highly valued.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain services clearly and confidently.
