WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're looking for an experienced representative responsible for growing sales by engaging customers, closing the sale, and finding a solution for your customers’ upcoming move day. This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!
- Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
- Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services
- Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
- Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate
- Make recommendations according to customers’ needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
- Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
- Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
