- Provide positive energy and top-notch custumer service.
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
- Make recommendations according to customer's needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK best practices.
- Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
- Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
- Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree is preferred.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required.
