- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
- Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
- Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
- All other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSThe right candidate will have a winning attitude, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. They will also possess an ability to build relationships and provide first class customer service utilizing their strategic selling skills and compassion for others.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 100% drug free
