Starting Pay: $17 / hour tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive a and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
- Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely
- Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move
- Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly
- Comply with al DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Act as the Team Leader for the moving team, executing a game plan for the move
- Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory
- Complete the move paperwork and handle customer payment
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- Be 21 years or older
- Possess a valid Drivers’ License and good driving record, NO CDL required
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- The ability to lift 100 pounds
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
- A friendly personality with customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
