What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drivers / Laborer position at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®?
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers (no CDL required). **ONSITE JOB OFFERS!!!**
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 2 years with a clean driving record.
- You will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $18 - $20 / hour plus tips.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
- Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings.
- Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
- Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
- Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.
