TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is hiring junk removal helpers.
- The Junk Specialist is responsible for assisting the junk driver in removing and disposing of unwanted goods from customers’ homes and businesses.
- No previous experience necessary – we will train you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely remove any unwanted items from the customers home or business by utilizing all of the proper hauling equipment and techniques and following the necessary prescribed policies
- Assist with all haul-a-way / Junk removal related paperwork and responsible for making sure paperwork and revenues collected are properly dropped in safe at the end of the work day
- Organize and secure junk equipment; ensure everything is maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner
- Conduct pre / post trip haul-a-way / junk removal equipment inventory
- Must be in a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® uniform at all times without exception
- Maintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® by ensuring proper hygiene
REQUIREMENTS
- A high-school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Able to be a team player and must be able to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and management
- Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
- Good hand-eye coordination
