We're seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, creating and growing a safety culture, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, route optimization, and team management
- Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to streamline operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Be your best and have fun
- Financial Performance
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Customer Satisfaction
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights
- Safety
- Create a daily safety culture within the team
- Create and Execute monthly safety meetings
- Perform safety spot checks and trainings
- Understand and execute all OSHA related regulations
- Franchise Support
- Provide support and guidance to franchise owners on operational best practices
- Assist in managing social media and website updates
- Collaborate with franchisees to resolve operational challenges and achieve common goals
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- MOVING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Proven experience in operations management or similar industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations software
- Valid driver's license
