- Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand
- Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; interview, hire and train new employees (or oversee these processes)
- Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs
- Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of movers and drivers
- Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines
- Coordinate and direct the fleet maintenance and equipment inventory programs
- Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process
- Responsible for being the “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours
- High school diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of business, management, or other relevant experience is required
- Ability to repeatedly lift over 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop, and direct people
- Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action
- Strong decision-making ability

- Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Training for this position will be in our Mobile, AL location*
