What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a 26-foot moving truck, conduct daily inspections, and ensure all paperwork is completed with customers.
- Start your journey as a Mover/Driver, learning our processes—from packing to customer interactions—before stepping into the Team Leader position.
- Bring your positive energy and deliver top-notch customer service, helping us maintain our industry-leading satisfaction scores.
- Train and mentor your team members
- Oversee truck readiness and move execution
- Ensure high service quality and efficiency
- Lead team motivation and engagement
- Support recruiting and retention efforts
- Work hard while having fun, assisting customers as they transition to their new homes!
What We’re Looking For:

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse work, manufacturing, or truck driving is a plus but not required!
- Strong problem-solving skills and the stamina to lift and carry heavy items.
