Job Summary
Immediate need for experienced skid steer operators to work with a Milling Clean up crew!
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer in a safe and efficient manner, in a fast- paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring that all operations run smoothly on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer in fast-paced environment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in skid steer operation.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks associated with operating heavy machinery.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 65 per week
