📸 As our in-house Videographer and Photographer, you'll spearhead our 'Media Phase' for each product launch—crafting content and designs that pop off the screen! You'll collaborate closely with our small team to bring our product launches to life with visually stunning websites and captivating Amazon pages.
📩 After creating the content you'll be able to dive right in and put budget behind it to test what's working, what's not working -- and iterating on more content that shows promise in data on Facebook Ads Manager! Full cycle with a fast feedback loop through analytics, not guesswork.

🛠Skills Needed:
- 3 years: Pro-level DP skills—handle the camera like a pro, whether handheld, on a gimbal, or a tripod.
- 3 years: Mastery of product photography—light up our products with your expert composition and lighting.
- 3 years: Video editing prowess in Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Davinci, CapCut, etc.
- 1 years: Facebook ads (you will get extensive training on this, but you must be familiar already)
- Be comfortable being on-camera for videos.
📚To be successful, you should be excited by all this. Be excited about learning. And be excited about making data-first decisions to see which of your content pieces is working, why it is, and creating more just like it to improve ads performance.

- Managing Facebook Ads daily.
- Working with other team members from graphic designer to Shopify developer.
