As an Operation Specialist - Inspector is responsible for ensuring that every property is in pristine condition before guest arrivals and after departures. This role involves conducting inspections, managing inventory for properties and vehicles, reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues, writing personalized welcome notes, completing assigned tasks using designated software, and assisting with in-house guest deliveries. Strong communication, professionalism, and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma
- Ability to quickly adapt to and efficiently use digital platforms and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must live in or be willing to commute to Big Sky, Montana.
- Ability to work full time, 35-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays (includes overtime and weekends)
- Clean background check
Responsibilities:
- Professional Representation: Act as the face of the company by providing exceptional guest services and representing Two Pines Properties with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of properties prior to guest arrivals and after departures. Ensure properties are clean, well-stocked with amenities, and properly maintained.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain inventory levels for company vehicles, homes, and other properties. Report inventory needs to the designated team member and ensure all areas are stocked properly.
- Issue Reporting: Identify and report maintenance, cleaning, or functionality issues to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, team members, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Task Management: Complete assigned tasks using designated software to support property management processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Guest Deliveries: Assist with in-house guest deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
