About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Entra / Azure Platform Specialist, someone who’s hands-on with Microsoft cloud technologies and is passionate about designing, deploying, and managing Azure-based environments for small to mid-sized businesses. You’ll work closely with our Strategy, Implementation, and Security teams, and have a strong voice in architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure environments across client projects (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid models)
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Identity Governance
• Implement secure, scalable solutions using Azure native tools and services
• Collaborate on M365, SharePoint Online, and Teams integrations and migrations
• Assist in long-term cloud strategy and planning for client infrastructure
• Act as escalation for complex cloud and infrastructure issues
• Work in and support ConnectWise as part of service delivery workflow (ticketing, documentation, and automation)

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (deploying, migrating, securing environments)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD including roles, policies, and security settings
• Comfortable working in ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, or both)
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, DNS, and identity/security best practices in the cloud
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus
• M365/Exchange/SharePoint Online support or migration experience is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business value
