POSITION PURPOSE
|
The Facilities Lead assists with overseeing Bank Branch(es) facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and safe for customers and team members. This position may provide input on daily tasks and/or performance management for one or more facilities specialists.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
|
- High School or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of general maintenance experience in a professional office work environment.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
|

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Provide indirect oversight of one or more facilities specialists.
- Provides overall coordination of facility maintenance, including assisting with planning and maintain the preventative maintenance program.
- Identifies and mitigates business, financial, and operating risks and advises Facilities Manager on maintenance issues and projects as requested.
- Establishes and maintains records of preventative maintenance, equipment life expectancy, OSHA requirements, inspections, and any other pertinent record keeping information related to the department.
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Exemplifies relationship-building skills in all interactions; responds to Facilities Manager, all team member and vendor inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and communicates information to appropriate staff to coordinate efforts through the organization.
- Responsible for timely completion of tasks related to the physical maintenance and repair of assigned buildings. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
o Exterior

- Re-sealing, painting,
- Basic landscaping.
- Window and door repair and/or cleaning.
o Interior

- Troubleshooting HVAC issues.
- Basic electrical work.
- Fixing minor repairs and leaks to sinks, faucets, toilets, and unclogging drains.
- Fixing/attaching shelves/racks/wall art.
- Drywall repair and painting.
- Disassemble/reassemble and moving of equipment and furniture.
- Replacing ceiling tiles.
- Assisting with removal of and treatment for insects and pests.
- Assists with sourcing and supervising 3rd-party contractors with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills when needed and as appropriate.
- Requests and reviews bids and recommends selection of contractors to the Facilities Manager.
- Oversees contractors that work in the facility and grounds.
- Assists the Facilities Manager and outside agencies such as fire, health, building depts., etc. to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to facilities and grounds.
- Ability to perform and/or coordinate emergency building repairs.
- Maintains all onsite equipment and tools, and utilizes materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe and cost-effective manner.

- Flexibility of schedule and availability for occasional after-hours calls/emergency response.
